Chef Steve Coomes, owner of Chef at Your Door, will conduct a personal interview to assess your likes and dislikes, specific diet needs and special medical conditions and/or allergies. He'll then determine your meal needs, such as amount and frequency of service, and customize a menu just for you.
On the cook date, he will shop for the highest-quality ingredients to prepare at your home.
After cooking, he will prepare, label and store your freshly prepared food in the fridge or freezer with simple heating instructions.
When you return home, the only evidence of his visit will be a fridge full of freshly prepared food ready for you to reheat at your convenience—and a sparkling-clean kitchen.
Container Fee: For clients using reusable glass containers, such as Pyrex, a one-time fee of $60 to $80 (depending on the number needed) will be charged. The containers become the client's property.
Should clients choose disposable containers, their cost will be added to the food bill. Chef at Your Door will choose the containers to ensure accurate portioning, ease storage and ensure reliability (i.e. proper sealing).
